John Fleischman
John Fleischman is a nationally recognized authority on the use of instructional technology and adult learning. He has extensive experience with implementing and creating educational media for use in diverse learning environments. Currently, as Director of Technology Services, he is responsible for managing a variety of technology initiatives including the Outreach and Technical Assistance Network (OTAN) and a national distance learning project known as Cyberstep. In addition, John coordinates a ten county wide area network, oversees dozens of Web site development projects, and manages a cadre of staff who provide educators with training, technical assistance and information resources.
Andrea Willis
As Director of Technology Projects, Andrea Willis oversees the production of Web sites, online courses, CD-ROMs, Webcasts, videoconferences and online databases. Andrea has worked at SCOE for eight years, and also has six years of experience as the Coordinator of Distance Education at Sacramento City College. This background enables her to supervise technical and creative staff, oversee project timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful completion of technology-related products. Andrea graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a B.A. in Spanish and an M.A. in Educational Administration.

George Phillips
George Phillips, Coordinator of Technology Projects, has more than 20 years of experience in photography, marketing communications, public relations, graphic design and strategic planning. With a BA in art and masters degrees in both photography and communications management, he brings a unique depth and breadth of experience to instructional design, information architecture and other aspects of development. As an information architect, he specializes in finding creative design solutions that turn complex design problems into multimedia programs and Web sites that are efficient, intuitive, easy-to-use and sometimes fun.

Raymond Fox
Over the last decade, Raymond Fox has designed dozens of SCOE Web sites and multi-media projects, including the People of Sacramento Archives CD-ROM and the Where Ya Goin' Online Game Show, both of which received the coveted Gold Addy Award. Raymond's official title is Web Developer, but he keeps his graphic design and illustration skills well honed (he illustrated the Keeping Schools Safe book). Raymond rounds out his skill set with voiceover work, having performed many of the voiceover tracks on the CDLP website. Before climbing on board with SCOE, Raymond ran his own graphic design company, Fox Works, and worked with high-profile clients such as KRXQ 98Rock and KSEG The Eagle.

Carolyn Foster
Carolyn Foster is a Database Designer/Information Systems Analyst. She has developed many large, complex, but user-friendly, online database systems for clients such as the Center for Applied Research in Educational Technology (CARET), the Sacramento County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA), and the Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) Sacramento Consortium.
Melinda Holt
Melinda Holt is a Project Specialist with more than fifteen years of experience in providing technical support for a wide variety of hardware and software, database development and maintenance, Web site development, hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as developing, coordinating and presenting trainings and workshops both online and face-to-face.
Jerry Jones
Jerry Jones is our Director of Technology Projects and the technical lead for the California Learning Resource Network (CLRN) and the Outreach and Technical Assistance Network. His technical skills include network and Internet/Intranet server management, SQL Server administration and database design, Web server management, and Web design and layout. Jerry is certified in Network Administration from the University of California, Davis, Firewall Management from OneSecure, Inc.

Bryon Kelly
Bryon Kelly is proficient in system design applications and development protocols and has over 14 years of experience encompassing all aspects of management. He has developed and deployed complex database-driven, Internet/Intranet-based systems for numerous public and private organizations. In addition to his technology experience, he holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and a postgraduate degree in Organizational Design/Community Development.

Mike Fox
Mike Fox, HTML and multimedia developer, also has extensive background in audio production and music composition. Mike's company, Fox Productions, has composed music for scores of prominent clients such as JC Penney, Tower Records, The Sacramento Bee, Blue Diamond Almonds, Subway, and Atlantis Casino Resort. He is skilled with Macromedia Director, Flash, Premiere, and pro audio’s flagship program Pro Tools. His talents provide appealing and entertaining interactive Web sites and multimedia presentations.

Bob Carter
Bob Carter is proficient in designing, configuring and administering OC-3, DS-3, T-1, ISDN, Frame Relay, ATM and Point-to-Point Wide Area Networks and in developing Fiber Optic Multiplexing and Wireless solutions. He designed and administers a large fiber-optic network backbone to interconnect Sacramento County school districts at Gigabit speed and helped design the statewide K12 network backbone that connects 58 counties to the Digital California K-20 network infrastructure.

Anthony Tinoco
Anthony Tinoco is a highly skilled Database Designer/Information Systems Analyst. He has developed many large, complex, but user-friendly, online database systems for clients such as Special Education Desired Results System (SEDRS) and the Sacramento County Office of Education Online Job Application System.
