Webcast Reservation
Access to a Webcast stream is limited and password protected. To view a Webcast you must complete an online reservation form with a valid and current email address.
Completing the reservation form is quick and easy:
- Choose your event from the list provided under "Upcoming Webcasts."
- Fill out the reservation form including your county and district. If you are not part of a school district, simply scroll down to the bottom of the list provided and select "No District (Not Applicable)."
Your reservation confirmation for the Webcast will be sent to the email address you provided along with your Webcast password. You will be able to log into the site at that time and perform any necessary testing before the Webcast. It is imperative that you test your equipment before each Webcast. Test instructions are provided after logging into your event.
Webcast connections are limited. If, after receiving your confirmation, you find that you will be unable to connect, please contact our Webcast staff by phone at (916) 228-2636 or send an email to webcasts@scoe.net - include the Webcast date and use "Unregister" as the subject.
Please do not share your reservation password. Each password will only work once for a Webcast.
