The California Department of Education (CDE) plans to create five videos for use in "RtI Conversations" across California. CDE will post these RtI Conversation videos and their associated audio files on the Internet so that they can be accessed broadly by California educators.

Each of the five videos will address particular issues related to RtI. The purpose of these videos is to focus the conversation and raise issues regarding RtI and trigger discussion during the five RtI Conversation conference calls that CDE will host.

The first conference call will be Dec. 4th, 2006, 3:30 to 4.30pm. This call will focus on the role of RtI in the determination of Specific Learning Disability.

The audio recordings are available as Podcasts while the videos are available as both Quicktime files for Mac users and Windows Media files for PC users.
